  Layering Drill

This is a continuous shimmy drill, the goal is to try to keep the shimmy up the whole time! Take breaks if needed and then jump back in.. if the layers are too much, focus on keeping the shimmy consistent first and then add the layers later. Ready, set, shimmy!

  3/4 Down Hips

Breakdown and practice of the 3/4 Shimmy on the down. Starting slow and learning the mechanics of the shimmy first, then working our way up to full speed. Beginners Encouraged!
